This is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team reviews it and lets you know.

You send the request: pack, day, time and people.
The team reviews and approves it.
You pay a 50% deposit of the base price before the deadline, by bank transfer or at the till. There is no online payment.
Once the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed.

Deposit deadline: whichever comes first, 24 h after approval or 2 h before the party (always at least 1 h). If it isn’t paid in time, the request expires and the time slot is released.
